Resumo

In the current context, companies are faced with a challenging scenario, demanding continuous improvement in production processes. The search for efficiency and quality becomes crucial to face market competitiveness. This article aims to analyze and propose the optimization of the process of refinishing defective parts in a sanitary ware company. The methodological approach combines quantitative and qualitative methods, with the Analysis and Problem-Solving Methodology (MASP) being the main tool. Information collection was based on 2022 management reports, offering crucial insights into refinishing activity. This article proposes not only improving the refinishing process, but also establishing a foundation for implementing more efficient practices.
