The analysis was based on statistical data from the 2012-2014 statistical year book and the 2020 integrated agricultural survey of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security of Mozambique. In order to achieve this objective, the different data from the aforementioned instruments were compiled, organized and cross-referenced for the variables access to agricultural credit and different agricultural production technologies, namely pesticides, fertilizers and irrigation. From the results it was found that in the period 2012-2020 the levels of exclusion and access of small and medium rural producers remain steady, as since 2012 less than 10% of these producers had access to these services. By the way, access to improved agricultural technologies by these producers also remains insignificant. Thus, it is essential to increase public policies that encourage the financial sector in the allocation of rural credit to improve the levels of technological application in rural production in these 3 provinces.
Efraime da Graca Armando Gobeia, Marisa Iva Abrão Malate Gobeia Copyright (c) 2022 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/gobeia-1-14 qua, 06 jul 2022 00:00:00 +0000 APPLICATION OF THE VEHICLE ALLOCATION METHOD (VAM) IN THE FLEET SIZING PROCESS OF A GERMAN COMPANY IN THE WIND SECTOR https://journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/bosso-15-30
This study sought to apply the Vehicle Allocation Method (VAM) for dimensioning light fleets and identify the results it produces in a multinational company that manufactures, installs and maintains wind turbines. For this, an quantitative research, exploratory, with characteristics of an evaluative case study, based on the documental collection from secondary sources and on the sample, which is composed of light vehicles with circulation in several Brazilian states, supported by parameters such as car life cycle, usage details, among other criteria. The analysis of data collected from an odometer, internal vehicle registration and allocation reports and reports from the supply management system was performed using electronic tabulation (Microsoft Excel). The results showed that data-based actions promote several benefits and allow the company to move towards an optimal inventory based on the adjustments resulting from the results of this study, such as the verified need to replace, reallocate or eliminate about 45% of this company's current fleet.
Julia Nicolosi Bosso, Chayne de Lima Pereira Mahnic Copyright (c) 2022 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/bosso-15-30 qua, 06 jul 2022 00:00:00 +0000 IMPACT OF ACCESS TO FORMAL FINANCING ON THE EMERGENCE AND GROWTH OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN THE CITY OF CHIBUTO (2016-2017) https://journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/gobeia-31-54
This article aims to assess the impact of access to formal financial systems on the emergence and growth of small and medium-sized companies in the city of Chibuto from 2016 to 2017. The city of Chibuto was selected because it is an easily accessible location and the consequent guarantee dynamics in the information collection process. The research is descriptive, with a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative), using non-probabilistic methods, based on intentional sampling. Interviews were conducted with the Tax Authority of Chibuto, 2 commercial banks (Millenium BIM and BCI) and 47 small and medium-sized companies were surveyed. Regarding the services offered by traditional banking, most of the interviewed entrepreneurs revealed that they do not adhere to them due to factors related to the cost of capital (high interest rates) and the required requirements. The majority of small and medium enterprises, or about 72% of them, use their own capital to finance their businesses while 28% use alternative sources of financing such as credit unions, Micro-finance, district development fund (FDD) and other unspecified sources as an alternative to traditional banking.
Marisa Iva Abrao Malate Gobeia, Efraime da Graca Armando Gobeia, Marcelino de Sousa Copyright (c) 2022 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/gobeia-31-54 qua, 06 jul 2022 00:00:00 +0000 BREAKING THE PARADIGMS OF THE USE OF DRYWALL AS AN INTERNAL SEALING ELEMENT IN REINFORCED CONCRETE BUILDINGS: A COMPARISON WITH SEALING MASONRY https://journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/santos-55-76
It is a fact that within the field of Brazilian Civil Engineering, ceramic brick masonry is the type of vertical fence most used in reinforced concrete buildings, however, there are already interesting options on the market that perform the same function with the use of new technologies. The drywall system is one of these options, however, it still faces cultural obstacles for its definitive insertion in the country's works. Starting from this point, this research focuses on breaking existing paradigms regarding the use of drywall through a comparative study with traditional masonry sealing. The research aims to present technical aspects of both systems, pointing out their advantages and disadvantages, encouraging a greater diffusion of drywall. The objective was also to present structural impacts of the use of the system in buildings, as well as to encourage the use of innovative systems in national civil construction. To achieve these goals, a bibliographic research was carried out, with a qualitative approach and having objectives classified as descriptive. Different literary sources from scientific publications in national databases were used, with a cut covering productions from the last ten years. Once the sources were gathered, records were prepared, separating them by relevant technical areas for discussions and their comparisons. Among the main conclusions, it is stated that the drywall system presents itself as a possibility in the construction market, having lower own weight, less thick walls and better operational processes than ceramic brick masonry, resulting in cleaner works with less waste.
Tiago Santos, Wagner Cavalare Souza Copyright (c) 2022 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/santos-55-76 qua, 06 jul 2022 00:00:00 +0000 PUBLIC POLICIES IN SOLIDARITY ECONOMY: CONCEPTION AND APPLICATION OF LAW NO. 3621 OF JULY 30, 2021 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NITERÓI - RJ https://journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/sigette-77-91
Law No. 3.621 of July 30, 2021 established the Municipal Solidarity Economy, Fight against Poverty and Economic and Social Development Program of Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, which united different discourses to the Solidarity Economy. The aim of this work is to study the conformation of networks of socio-technical relations and carry out a legal study of the amendments resulting from the legislative process of creation of municipal law nº 3621/2021, evaluating debates, controversies and externalities that impacted on Solidarity Economy agendas. Through the legal analysis of amendments approved and rejected by the Public Power, in the Chamber, through its parliamentarians or by the CCJ - Committee on Constitution, Justice and Citizenship - the drafting of the law forms networks that allow for discussion about the disagreements generated and their dynamics. It will be possible to obtain as results the possible reasons that led to the rejections of the amendments presented by the social movements, especially those proposed by the Forum of Solidarity Economy of Niterói. The methods used will be bibliographic survey and empirical, descriptive and qualitative research. The methodological premises of the Actor-Network theory, by Bruno Latour and Michel Callon, will be used.
Elaine Sigette, Ana Caroline Barros Copyright (c) 2022 RINTERPAP - Revista Interdisciplinar de Pesquisas Aplicadas https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/sigette-77-91 qua, 06 jul 2022 00:00:00 +0000 TEAM MANAGEMENT: POTENTIALS AND CHALLENGES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT https://journals.sespted.org/rinterpap/article/view/altmann-92-109
This article aims to propose a team management plan for the development of employees in the department responsible for project development, called Product Engineering, belonging to the Technical-Commercial Division of a company specialized in the assembly and sale of generator sets, which creates projects for various energy solutions.
